| Any illegal activity |

If a resident sees any illegal activity at the park, common areas or pool. Please notify law enforcement immediately. The HOA board and Ardsley managment are not here to resolve or act as a security force. Even as a neighborhood watch as illegal activity is taking place the police should be called immediately to resolve.

| Pool Opening |
Saturday, May 26th
The Plesant View HOA pool will be opening for residents have HOA duess up to date. If you are a NEW resident conctact Ardsley management if you have not already received a pool house access card.
For any lost cards there is a $5 FEE for a replacement. If your card no longer works it can be sent to Ardsley management company and a replacement will be sent back.
We look forward to seeing you at the pool and a great summer.

- Residents Recreation Area - |
The playground/picnic area, basketball court, swimming pool and volleyball are available. Rules for use of the swimming pool are posted. We are working on completing maintenance and upgrades to the pool, pool house and playground as funds are available. |
