You may have seen the HOA board has taken action in the following areas for 2010:

painting the street sign posts (ongoing)

replaced the toddler swing at the playground

tilling of the volleybal court

restored common area picnic tables

work on the pool house (upcoming)

updated the community website

new mulch in the playground

Updated door security system to pool house

Lower costs on the Landscape and Pool contracts

 

Things to come:

Painting the baby pool (need volunteers)

repaint the lines to the basket ball court (need volunteers)

 

The more we do these things with our own community resources the better cost savings. We are about keeping costs down and establishing up keep to our common areas.
